Does Your Adobe User Group Suck?

As an Adobe User Group Manager, I take pride in my user group and the other two that I helped organize and currently support in Kansas City(KCDevCore, KCWebCore, and KCDesignCore). But I have talked to friends from around the country(and world) who tell me their Adobe User Group is non-existent. The User Group Manager doesn't do anything, there's no leadership or vision for the group yet the User Group Manager gets all the benefits from Adobe. I'm doing this simply because Adobe User Groups are some of the best supported User Groups on Earth. For the past nine years they have been invaluable to my career and success.
